i love to eat.i love to cook.i strive to make each day a little brighter,tastier,healthier and more exciting than the day before.my kitchen is a wheat free zone,small,unglamorous and of an evening doubles as a dance floor.i have accepted that i will never follow a completely sugar free diet (although will try my best. everyday).i have never followed a recipe accurately.when i travel interstate to see my family i return with a suitcase full of fresh veggies and herbs from my granddads garden.
